The <netlnk> tag facilitates local and remote internet links.
It requires a subtag, nettxt to be present, in accordance with the following example and syntax:
EXAMPLE:
This link is not real
SYNTAX:
<netlnk> URL for linkage <nettxt> Link text </nettxt></netlnk>
